HOPE Homeless Prevention Program provides outreach services and works to stabilize individuals, Returning Citizens, and families at risk of becoming homeless through specialized services and connections to other community resources.
Our clients are usually living temporarily with a friend or relative, have just been released from prison, and have nowhere to live. Clients find themselves on the verge of homelessness and seek assistance to find available housing options.
Our case managers serve as supporters and advocates for clients- helping them think through their goals and create detailed plans with a realistic timeline. These wide-ranging supportive services include:
