House of Prosperity Everlasting Inc. (HOPE) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. Founded by Ina M Brown CACII, which opened its doors in 2009, the organization began as a volunteer-run center.
Our Mission
House of Prosperity Everlasting Inc.'s mission is to empower individuals and families through essential social services and to create a supportive community that fosters growth and resilience.

Community Programs & Services – Program Summary
Our Community Programs & Services are designed to meet the diverse needs of individuals and families through holistic, person-centered support that promotes stability, growth, and empowerment. We provide a wide range of services to address our community's social, emotional, educational, and economic challenges.
Individual / Family Services
We offer direct support to individuals and families navigating housing instability, financial hardship, or personal crises. Our case managers work one-on-one with clients to develop personalized plans that foster resilience and long-term success.
Returning Citizens Services
We support formerly incarcerated individuals in their transition into the community by offering reentry services, including housing referrals, employment readiness, peer support, and life skills coaching.
Persons Living with HIV/AIDS
Through compassionate care and coordination, we assist clients living with HIV/AIDS in accessing healthcare, treatment adherence support, housing, mental health services, and resources to enhance their quality of life.
Youth Literacy & Art
Our youth-focused programming nurtures creativity and academic development through literacy initiatives, art-based workshops, and mentoring that promote expression, confidence, and critical thinking.
Veterans Services & Programs
We honor those who have served by providing tailored support for veterans, including housing assistance, mental health referrals, benefits navigation, and community reintegration services.
Benefits Assistance
Our team helps clients apply for and maintain access to public benefits such as SNAP, TANF, SSI/SSDI, Medicaid, and utility assistance, ensuring they receive the support they are entitled to.
Focus Groups
We host monthly focus groups that create safe spaces for community members to share experiences, provide feedback, and engage in dialogue on key issues impacting their lives. These gatherings inform our programming and help shape inclusive, responsive services.

Comprehensive Case management Services
Our Comprehensive Case Management Services are at the core of our mission to support individuals and families in achieving stability, self-sufficiency, and improved quality of life. We provide holistic, client-centered support that addresses immediate needs while helping participants build long-term goals.
Each client is paired with a dedicated case manager who conducts a thorough needs assessment and collaborates with the individual to develop a personalized service plan. Areas of support may include housing stability, mental and physical health, employment readiness, education, financial literacy, legal advocacy, and access to public benefits.
Our approach emphasizes:
- Crisis intervention and stabilization

- Goal setting and progress tracking
- Collaboration with community partners and service providers
- Empowerment through education and advocacy
We serve diverse populations, including low-income families, returning citizens, persons living with HIV/AIDS, individuals with disabilities, veterans, and youth. Our case managers are trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and committed to meeting clients where they are.
Our case management services help individuals overcome barriers, sustain progress, and move toward greater independence by building strong relationships and connecting clients to vital resources.

Veteran Services
Our Veterans Services & Programs are designed to honor and support the brave men and women who have served in the United States Armed Forces. We are committed to helping veterans successfully transition to civilian life by addressing their unique challenges, including housing instability, unemployment, health concerns, and social reintegration.
Through comprehensive case management and a trauma-informed approach, we provide direct support and connect veterans to essential resources, including:
- Transitional and permanent housing assistance
- Employment readiness and job placement
- Mental and physical health support services
- Access to VA and non-VA benefits
- Peer support and community engagement opportunities
Our programs are built on respect, dignity, and empowerment. Whether a veteran needs immediate assistance or long-term support, we stand ready to help them every step of the way.
We help veterans and their families rebuild their lives with stability, pride, and purpose by fostering a sense of belonging and ensuring access to critical services.
Benefits and Entitlements
Our Benefits and Entitlements program ensures that individuals and families receive the public assistance and support they qualify for. We provide personalized guidance to help navigate the often complex landscape of public benefits, including SNAP, Medicaid, TANF, SSI/SSDI, utility assistance, and housing subsidies.
Through one-on-one counseling and comprehensive case management, our experienced team assists clients with:
- Determining eligibility and completing applications
- Gathering and organizing necessary documentation
- Understanding program requirements and deadlines
- Advocacy and follow-up to resolve any barriers or issues with benefit agencies
We aim to empower clients by securing the resources needed to promote financial stability and enhance overall well-being. By demystifying benefit processes and providing ongoing support, we help ensure that vulnerable community members gain access to critical services and live with greater dignity and independence.
Returning Citizens
Our Returning Citizens Support Program empowers individuals who are transitioning from incarceration to reintegrate successfully into the community. We provide comprehensive, person-centered services that address the unique challenges faced by justice-involved individuals, focusing on reducing recidivism and promoting long-term self-sufficiency.
The program offers case management, employment readiness and job placement assistance, housing navigation, mental health support, life skills training, and connections to legal aid and community resources. We work closely with each participant to develop personalized reentry plans that build on their strengths, support their goals, and foster a sense of stability and purpose.
Through advocacy, mentorship, and a strong support network, we aim to break cycles of incarceration and create opportunities for meaningful second chances. Our mission is to ensure that every returning citizen has access to the tools, support, and opportunities needed to rebuild their life with dignity.
Individual and Family Services
Our Youth and Family Services program empowers children, adolescents, and families through comprehensive support that promotes stability, growth, and long-term success. We provide a range of trauma-informed, culturally responsive services designed to address the social, emotional, educational, and basic needs of youth and their families.
Services include case management, counseling, educational advocacy, housing assistance, life skills development, parenting support, and linkage to critical community resources. Our team works collaboratively with families to build strong support systems, improve communication, and overcome housing instability, behavioral concerns, school engagement, and mental health needs.
By fostering safe, supportive environments and offering personalized guidance, we help families thrive and youth realize their full potential.
Persons Living with HIV/ AIDS
Our HIV/AIDS Support Program is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals living with HIV/AIDS by providing comprehensive, compassionate, and stigma-free care. We recognize our clients' complex challenges and offer tailored services that promote stability, wellness, and empowerment.
The program includes case management, medical and mental health referrals, housing assistance, nutritional support, transportation coordination, and linkage to treatment and care services. We work collaboratively with healthcare providers and community partners to ensure each client receives holistic, person-centered support.
Through education, advocacy, and wraparound services, we aim to reduce health disparities, promote treatment adherence, and support clients in leading healthy, independent lives. Our mission is grounded in respect, confidentiality, and a commitment to walking alongside every individual on their journey toward healing and hope.
